Wee!! Me just started ma new job as a telemarker for Prudential today...And well, it was a breeze!! Even tho the cold call script that the boss sent me the other day looked like damn chim, it turned out to be quite easy...hehe...

Basically, all I did was sit there and make calls to people at their homes and try to fix appointments with them to go talk about insurance stuff with Sam..Lol, child's play I'll say. Although initially I was a tad nervous and talked too fast or stumbled my lines here and there...it got smooth sailing after a while. And Sam's a really nice fellow too..he gave me all sorts of advice and encouragement when I initially wasn't doing tt well and even bought me a drink!

I think I shld be able to do well at this job, at $7 an hr its a definite incentive to put effort into...not to mention the big fat bonus available if I manage to clinch a deal...haha..lets hope nth happens that will jeopardize this job~
